The Most Reverend James Alan Wilkowski

Bishop James Alan Wilkowski, Presiding Bishop for the Evangelical Catholic Church and Bishop for the Evangelical Catholic Diocese of the Northwest is currently serving as the transitional Rector for Saint John the Evangelist Seminary.

A native of Chicago, Bishop Wilkowski completed his theological studies at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in Saint Louis and also at Loyola University of Chicago respectively earning his Masters of Divinity and Masters of Pastoral Studies.

An educator by training, the Bishop is currently teaching classes in the areas of Church History, Systematic Theology, Moral Theology, Canon Law, Pastoral Studies and Human, Spiritual and Pastoral Formation.
